Tuesday, Sept. 23 - Join us for our regular dance night at our home base, Jim Porter’s Good Time Emporium from 6:30pm until 10:30pm. 50/50, giveaways, DCBA Jacket Night

Wednesday, Sept. 24 - BIB kick-off party, Jim Porter’s. Free admission with your BIB ticket! All others $15.

Thursday, Sept. 25 - Early bird registration begins at 12pm. Music in the main ballroom from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm.

Hospitality Room from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Dancing in the main ballroom from 7:00 pm until 1am.

Friday, Sept. 26 - Dance Workshops from 8:30am until 12:30pm. Music starts from 12:30pm until 5:30pm. Music, giveaways, and lots of fun. Food plans TBA. Dancing restarts from 7:00 pm until 1:00 am.

Club shirt night, 50/50, giveaways, table contest continues.

Saturday, Sept. 27- Pool Party 12:30pm until 2:30pm poolside. Doorway Shooters, duck races, music & dancing, lots of excitement. Music in ballroom from 12:00pm until 5:30pm, recorded from 12:00pm until 3:00pm. DJ from 3:00pm until 5:30pm. Music resumes from 7:00pm until 1:00am. Dress to impress night, awards, raffle winners, thank you, surprises. Power hour 11pm until 12am.

Sunday, Sept. 28 –Gospel Music from 9am until 11:00pm in the main ballroom. See Ya Next Year!!!

Jim Porter’s Good Time Emporium is located at the corner of Lexington Rd. and Grinstead Ave., just off Interstate 64. From the west, exit at Grinstead Ave. right onto Grinstead, right onto Lexington road, Jim Porters is on your right. From the east, exit Grinstead Ave. turn left onto Grinstead, then right onto Lexington Rd. Jim Porters is on your right.

The Clarion Hotel and Conference Center is located on Bluegrass Parkway just off Hurstbourne Pkwy. and Interstate 64. From the West, Exit Hurstbourne south, bear right. At stoplight cross over Hurstbourne and straight onto Bluegrass Parkway. Follow Bluegrass Parkway approx. 2/10ths of mile, Clarion is on your right, just past Dairy Queen. From the East, exit Hurstbourne, at stoplight turn left onto Hurstbourne, go under I 64 and take second left onto Bluegrass Pkwy. Follow Bluegrass approx. 2/10ths of mile, Clarion on your right, just past Dairy Queen.
